Loren Alexander, Chairman of the Board As the Chairman of RTS Corporation, Loren is responsible for providing the strategic and financial management and direction for the Company. Loren is a graduate in Economics and Corporate Finance, as well as an Attorney. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, from Willamette University, Salem Oregon. Loren has owned several business enterprises, including a NASD broker dealership, a consulting services company, a real estate securities company, and two other software companies, as well as a consultant to businesses for mergers and acquisitions. Keith Stone President and COO Keith Stone joined the RTS Senior Management team in March 2002 and currently serves as President and COO. In his role, he is responsible for professional and client services, product strategy, research and development, operations, and sales and marketing. Prior to coming to RTS, Keith served roles from project management and practice director of professional and client services at Dun & Bradstreet Software, Peoplesoft, Inc. and Qwest Communications, between 1988 and 2002. Steve Chamberlin Director of Global Client Services As the Director of Global Client Services, Steve Chamberlin is responsible for strategic development, delivery and execution of all client related activities. Steve’s mission is to deliver the outstanding services to our clients and ensure our clients are achieving their optimal profit optimization potential from the RTS solutions. Prior to joining RTS, Steve provided senior leadership experience to organizations such as Brinks International, Peoplesoft, and EDS. His contributions have resulted in many international recognition awards for excellence in Client Services, Relationship Management, and Innovation.
