Our
Client Care Centers form the cornerstone of RTS Client Services.
Client Care Centers facilitate any action necessary to assist
our clients and include the following areas of responsibility:
Solution Installation RTS assists clients with planning
and site preparation before installing our systems on client
hardware. RTS installation specialists ensure the functionality
and stability of each installation.
Hands-On, Focused Education Services Initial product
training is provided at installation to facilitate prompt
realization of revenue gain. RTS also offers a variety of
education services to address each client's individual needs.
We offer a complete series of formal classroom training
courses at our corporate headquarters and/or we can schedule
training at the client's location.
Ongoing
Support As part of the RTS Advantage program, Client
Services is involved in the early stages of a client's relationship
with RTS, assisting in selection of the solution set that
best meets your individual needs. After implementation,
Client Services remains your first point of contact for
customized attention to service requests, problem tracking
and resolution, and further planning/development of your
profit optimization capabilities.
