Raja Kasilingam: President

As a Head of RTS Raja provides the leadership and strategic direction for RTS to continue to grow the current footprint in the passenger solutions as well as expand and grow in other areas such as freight and logistics. Prior to joining Revenue Technology Services, Raja held senior management positions at transportation solution and services providers such as Sabre, American Airlines, and CSX Transportation. He has provided cargo consulting and software solutions services for several major companies around the world including Union Pacific, AT&T, Wal Mart, Lufthansa, American Airlines, Air Canada, Virgin Atlantic, Etihad, United, Southwest, Turkish Cargo, Tampa Cargo, Cardig Air, and Cathay Pacific. Raja has also spent time as a faculty member in the Industrial Engineering/Transportation departments at the University of Arkansas and, Fayetteville University of Regina, Canada. He has published more than 25 articles in international journals on logistics, inventory control, and cargo revenue management. He has also authored a graduate level text book on Transportation and Logistics and a chapter on Revenue Management and Air Cargo in the upcoming book on Practical Pricing and Revenue Management (Palgrave Macmillan Publishers). He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and is a regular speaker at leading international conferences.

Pradeep Bandla :  Vice President – Product Management and Marketing

Pradeep has over 17 years of experience in revenue management, inventory control, pricing, strategic business planning and delivery of complex business applications in the transportation industry. He has held various management positions in the Revenue Management solutions and delivery organizations at Sabre Holdings. He was responsible for leading cross-organizational teams to execute business-aligned decision support strategies to support airlines improve their revenues and operational efficiency. He has driven initiatives to design and implement innovative revenue management solutions for carriers of diverse profiles including point to point carriers on traditional leg/segment control, airlines with restriction free pricing and mega carriers on O&D control. He has spent time on-site in deployment and consulting roles at more than 25 airlines around the globe including Delta Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Malaysian Airlines, Japan Airlines, Turkish Airlines, TAM, Air New Zealand, Aeroflot, Alitalia, Jet Airways, Britsh Midland, Oman Air, Kuwait Airways and Gulf Air. His areas of expertise include forecasting, optimization, inventory control, reservation systems, distribution, issue resolution and client management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the State university of New York at Buffalo.

Mukundh Parthasarathy :  Vice President - Cargo Product Management and Marketing

Mukundh has close to 15 years of airline management experience at various organizational levels and in several functional areas. He was most recently the managing the cargo solutions suite at Sabre Airline Solutions where he has led reservations, revenue management, and revenue accounting solutions and was in charge of new business development, solutions strategy, consulting and marketing at Sabre. Mukundh has consulted with and provided training services to various airlines worldwide in the area of air cargo pricing, revenue management, and customer relationship management (CRM). He was also responsible for end-to-end cargo strategy and integrated passenger and cargo solutions for Sabre.

Prior to Sabre, Mukundh also led teams at KPMG (Bearing Point), Protection One, and Dell in Call center technologies and customer relationship programs.

Mukundh is a regular editorial contributor on the state of the airline industry and country specific issues for magazines, such as the Ascend, ATW, European Aircraft & Ground handling, and chaired the AGIFORS cargo study group for several years.

M.K. Santhosh :  Vice President – Development and Technology

Santhosh is a qualified well as a seasoned IT Professional with over 16+ years experience of rich and successful track record in large enterprise product development, delivery and support. He is very competent in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Analysis & Study of Business Requirements, Technical & Functional Specifications, Data/Interface/Process Design, Hands-on Module/Interface Development, Testing with continuous integration along with Service Support. He has Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture with key expertise in Service-oriented (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture models - includes Technical Knowledge of multiple Technologies (Microsoft, J2EE), platforms (OS), languages, databases and tools. Expertise in Quality and Process.

Jason Codd : Vice President - Services

Jason Codd has been with RTS since 1999, and was promoted to Director of Services in 2011. He is responsible for managing RTS’ team of consultants and defining the best practices and strategic direction of the Professional Services organization. Jason joined RTS as a Client Manager in 1999. Building on 8 years of airline experience with SA Airlink and Gulf Air, he had immediate impact via several key positions in technical support. His efforts helped refine the consulting role at RTS in everything from senior consultant to product support specialist. Jason became one of RTS’ top solution experts eventually achieving Consultant of the Year. He introduced numerous tools and solutions to enhance the quality, repeatability and delivery of services utilizing the RTS Beacon Methodology. As Director of Services, Jason is perfectly geared for broadening the suite of practices while improving its highly disciplined solution implementation methodology .

Bill Rathert: Vice President – Sales & Account Management, the Americas

Bill comes to RTS with over twenty years of experience helping airlines improve their operating results, both as a Consultant and as an airline executive. He has successfully led sales and consulting engagements for many of world’s leading airlines, including Southwest, United, and Delta Air Lines. Bill has an extremely broad background in the operations side of the airline and aviation industries, spanning all facets of flight operations, system operations control, crew management, cargo and maintenance. In addition, Bill’s airline management experience includes successful experience managing teams in pricing, network planning, revenue management, advertising, and charter sales.

Prior to joining RTS, Bill led cross-functional teams supporting airlines at such companies as Sabre, Computer Sciences and the Kiehl Hendrickson Group. In addition, Bill has held executive roles in a number of startup and early stage airlines, and served as a Boeing 737 Captain with Continental Airlines. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and a former fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force with over 6,700 flight hours in various jet aircraft. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events, and has authored articles in various industry publications on topics such as ancillary revenue generation, route development and cargo revenue management.
