Chris Busch

Director Pricing, Revenue Management & Sales Strategy in United Airlines

Chris is heading the Global Revenue Management, Pricing and Sales Strategy organization with the added responsibility for Sales Strategy, Interline, Military& Government Sales, for the United Airlines. Chris started his career with Cooper Industries, having roles in Manufacturing Engineering and Supervision. He left Cooper to earn his MBA and after graduation became Director of Delivery Resource development for General Transportation Services. In August, 2007 Chris began his career with United Airlines in the Vendor Planning organization. Chris transitioned to the Cargo Operations Excellence team and was appointed to the Cargo Operations Functional Integration Team for the United Airlines and Continental Airlines merger.

Per Glomså

Head of Revenue and Contribution Management in Fjord Line, Norway’s 2nd largest cruise-ferry operator.

Fjord Line has been a client of RTS since 2014 and this co-operation has contributed to Fjord Line’s strategic revenue development. Per has more than 20 years of experience within Revenue Management in the ferry business and the hospitality industry. In addition to Fjord Line he has been working with Revenue Management in Color Line, Color Air, Thon Hotels and Historic Hotels of Norway.

Makoto Mori

Manager, Cargo Pricing and Revenue Management - International in United Airlines

Makoto has a long air cargo experience with United Airlines starting from Airport Operations in Osaka Japan. He later transferred to Cargo Sales in Tokyo. A couple of years later, he then left the company to complete his MBA, which he received from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Makoto returned to United’s Headquarters office in 2007 as an Inventory Analyst in Passenger Revenue Management, then rejoined Cargo taking various senior analyst positions in the field of Revenue Management. Since the merger with Continental Airlines, he worked for multiple cross-functional business projects, including the selection of RTS’ CPO system. More recently he served as a manager, Pricing Support and Systems and then currently taking a position of manager, Revenue Management and Pricing for international territories based in Chicago.

Raja Kasilingam

President & COO at RTS

Raja is currently providing executive leadership to grow the consulting and software solutions business at RTS. He has been providing freight and logistics consulting and software services for over 30 years for several transportation companies around the world. Raja was part of the team that implemented the world’s first ever air cargo capacity management tool in 1992, the first O&D cargo RM system in 1996 and the first air cargo pricing solution in 2012, and introduced freight revenue management concepts in the cruise ferry industry. He has published more than 25 articles in international journals. He has written a book on Transportation and Logistics and a chapter on Revenue Management and Air Cargo in the book on Practical Pricing and Revenue Management. Raja loves mathematical modelling as much as he loves riding his Harley Davidson.

Mukundh Parthasarathy

Sr. Vice President at RTS

Mukundh is currently providing executive leadership to manage and grow the cargo software business and consulting practice at Revenue Technology Services. Mukundh has close to 17 years of airline management experience at various organizational levels and in both passenger and cargo functional areas. Prior to joining RTS, he was managing the cargo solutions suite at Sabre where he has led reservations, revenue management, and revenue accounting solutions and was in charge of new business development, solutions strategy, consulting and marketing. Mukundh also led teams at KPMG (Bearing Point), Protection One, and Dell in Call center technologies and customer relationship programs. Mukundh is a regular editorial contributor on the state of the airline industry and country specific issues for magazines such as the Ascend, ATW, and European Aircraft & Ground handling, and chaired the AGIFORS cargo study group for several years. Mukundh holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Operations Research from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville

Pradeep Bandla

Vice President at RTS

Pradeep heads passenger solutions management at RTS. He has over 20 years of experience in revenue management, inventory control, pricing, strategic business planning and delivery of complex business applications in the transportation industry. Prior to joining RTS, he worked in various roles at American Airlines and Sabre Airline Solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the State university of New York at Buffalo. He has travelled to over 50 countries (mostly on business) and enjoys being an opportunistic tourist.

Jason Codd

Vice President at RTS

Jason is currently responsible for managing RTS’ team of consultants and defining the best practices and strategic direction of the Professional Services organization at Revenue Technology Services. Jason joined RTS as a Client Manager in 1999. Building on 8 years of airline experience in operational and technical roles with SA Airlink and Gulf Air, he had immediate impact via several key positions in technical support. His efforts helped refine the consulting role at RTS in everything from senior consultant to product support specialist. He introduced numerous tools and solutions to enhance the quality, repeatability and delivery of services utilizing the RTS Beacon Methodology. As VP of Client Services, Jason is perfectly geared for broadening the suite of practices while improving its highly disciplined solution implementation methodology.

Suresh Gupta

Vice President at RTS

Suresh is currently heading the Technology & Development Operations at RTS and is responsible for defining & implementing the best practices of Software Development. He has over 20 years of experience in Technology, Development and Management domains. Working as AVP (Technology & Development), he is redefining the Technical Roadmap of RTS products and services by leveraging his rich experience in Modern Enterprise Architectures like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS) models. Suresh has Technical Knowledge of multiple technologies (Microsoft, Java, OpenSource etc.), platforms, languages, databases and tools. He has a strong flare for User Experience Analysis & Design. Suresh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Master’s in Information Technology and Master’s in Business Administration (Systems & HR) and professionally certified in Microsoft and UX.

Mahesh Vemula

Director at RTS

Mahesh Vemula is working as a Director - Product Management at RTS. He plays a key role in making Product related decisions by closely working with RTS Product, Client Services and Technical Teams. He has over 17 years of experience in Software development, delivery and support of Cargo and Passenger solutions. He is extensively involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including Business Requirements Analysis, Creating Technical/Functional specifications, developing use cases and Quality Assurance Process.
He was involved with business and Operation Research teams to implement Price Sensitive Revenue Management for RTS Passenger Solution. He is also responsible working with his team on Data Validation, Rate Density Cluster Analysis, Show-up Rate Calibration, Demand Calibration and Optimization.

Patrick Allen

Manager Client Services at RTS

Patrick overseas much of the RTS implementation and support activity. Since joining RTS in 2000, Patrick has played a key role in over a dozen major RTS product implementations with various booking system providers. This has included project managing the roll out of new products and verticals, including the integration of RTS’ passenger and cargo revenue management systems.
Patrick has consulted with, or been Account Manager for a wide range of clients in both passenger and cargo verticals. Patrick works closely with our clients, and the Product Management Team, in the design and development of new modules and applications to overcome business challenges and improve internal processes and productivity.
Patrick holds a BA (Hons) degree, and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from the University College London: Institute of Education. Prior to joining RTS, Patrick taught for several years in both the private and state sectors, and has used this knowledge and experience to develop many of RTS’ education curricula, training materials, and analyst assessment programmes.
